A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over a decade of stage and production management experience, alongside professional expertise in financial systems management, auditing, and process automation. She oversees overall creative vision, corporate governance, process optimization, and strategic direction across Silver Thread Media’s film slates and digital infrastructure.

Rochelle founded Silver Thread Media, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama, with fellow Marine Corps veteran Kwan’Tisha Farmer. The company pairs character-driven filmmaking with the systems discipline of her enterprise background — the same discipline behind Slate & Ledger Pro Studio, the production software Silver Thread Media built to run its own productions.
